Quality Print Services (QPS) has announced the launch of a new ink refill solution for Brother GT-3 Series of direct-to-garment (DTG) printers.
For QPS, wide-format print specialist and main UK distributor for DuPont Artistri textile inks and Nazdar digital inkjet ink products, the launch is part of its commitment to make production more affordable, efficient and sustainable for its customers.
Fully compatible with Brother GT-3 inks, the QPS refill inks are available in cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white, with pre-treatments available for light and dark fabrics. The refill packs contain 380ml of OEM-matched DTG pigment ink and have been designed to fit into empty GT-3 cartridges.
Like the OEM inks, the QPS refills offer vibrant colours, excellent washability and reliable safety even on children's clothes. They are ideal for bold and colourful applications such as T-shirts, caps, tote bags, towels and even shoes - perfect complementary products for sign and display printers and PSPs.
Chris Bailey, managing director of QPS, comments: "We're delighted to announce the availability of these new inks for Brother GT-3 DTG printers. Because they are refill products, there is no need to dispose of the existing hard plastic cartridge - existing cartridges can be reused - thereby making them a more environmentally-friendly solution.
"Added to this, as an alternative offering, the inks represent a significant saving when compared to the Brother OEM product for the GT-3."
