PRINTING United Alliance, the most comprehensive member-based printing and graphic arts association in North America, today announces the launch of the PRINTING United Technical Event Series.
Co-located and co-presented, concurrently, are the popular COLOR Conference and TAGA Conference at one easily accessed location. The inaugural event will take place March 12-14, 2024, in Dallas, Texas. The call for speakers and TAGA papers for this event is now open.
PRINTING United Technical Event Series: Two Conferences in One
The new PRINTING United Technical Event Series is the premier worldwide event for companies looking to stay on the leading edge of color, research developments, and innovations in the printing industry. Joining forces of COLOR and TAGA, attendees will learn about the latest strategies, tactics, technology, and methods for success amongst a widespread community of professionals in the space.
COLOR Conference
COLOR attracts a broad community involved with color reproduction throughout the print production supply chain. This event was created for brand owners and managers, designers, apparel decorators, screen printing, and wide format, commercial, in-plant, and packaging printers – essentially anyone needing to produce color accurately and consistently. Those interested in submitting speaking topics for COLOR can be accessed here.
TAGA Conference
TAGA also attracts a diverse international group focused on research and innovation in printing and graphic arts technology. Technical officers and managers from large printing companies, scientists and researchers from suppliers, research institutes, and universities, professors at universities with graphic communications-related programs, and students majoring in graphic communications all attend. Information on the call for papers can be accessed here.
“The COLOR Conference has historically been a favorite of many in the printing and graphic arts community, as is TAGA, to those especially technical industry professionals and students,” says Joe Marin, senior vice president, member services, PRINTING United Alliance. “As we continue to look towards, and plan for, the future, we have listened to those who have regularly attended these events to join forces and maximize the impact and opportunity for these two powerful events to be co-located. We are thrilled to answer that call for our regular followers and are already busily preparing for a successful March event!”
