When we do sales calls and visit our current and potential customers, I always ask them what they want, what are they being asked for by their customers and what’s missing?
We might have an idea that we think is brilliant, but our customers might disagree. So, it is up to us to find out what application the customer is working on and what sort of solution they need to carry out the job, right down to core details like flame retardancy. We treat our customers as partners; it’s not just about the sale, but the long-term relationship.

For those who have not previously had the pleasure of visiting Accrington, the town lies in Hyndburn in the heart of the picturesque Pennine Lancashire. We are perhaps best known as being the supplier of the building blocks for the world, with bricks manufactured in the town being used to help create famous structures such as New York’s Empire State Building and, a little closer to home, Blackpool Tower.

Should you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then why not explore the spectacular countryside surrounding our town? The 31-mile circular Hyndburn Clog passes through remarkably diverse countryside and offers amazing views of the scenic Hill Country. Serious walkers can tackle the entire route, while for those who fancy a shorter stroll, the walk is broken down into seven, more manageable stages.
