Group101 is seeking a high motivated and high performing Sales Executive to join its evolving and expanding team. The ideal candidate should already be working in the large format graphics and signage sector, ideally for one of Group 101's recognised competitors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring set targets are met and they achieve their own personal financial targets.
Being able to work on your own initiative and bringing a fresh and dynamic attitude towards improving sales performance, meeting targets and expanding the companies overall turnover.
Candidate Specification
- Must have proven sales experience in the large format print and signage sector.
- High motivated and able to motivate others as this position will eventually involve the ideal candidate overseeing a team of sales executives.
- Must have an understanding of large format print and signage and be able to communicate with our production team and oversee a project from initial brief to completion.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Hungry to close deals, follow up on deals and create new and exciting deals
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to listen and present proposals to potential and new clients.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills is a must
- Basic design skills - * Preferred Photoshop and Illustrator
