PrintFactory LATAM will open its South American Headquarters in Montevideo, Uruguay, to provide unparalleled support to their Customers and Dealers in Latin America. There will also be Sales and Support Offices in São Paulo, Brazil and Bogota, Colombia, and a virtual office in Mexico City, Mexico.
Having already opened a U.S. location last week, PrintFactory, a leading provider of Large Format printing software and support, today announced that this network will expand into South America in May 2022. Announcing these expansions comes at a time when the company's global installed base has surpassed 10,000 users, representing the largest expansion in the company's history.
Erik Strik CEO of PrintFactory: “In Latin America, Large Format digital printing is one of the fastest growing industries, and we recognize the difficulties of servicing this market to our usual high standards from the U.S. or Europe. PrintFactory LATAM will demonstrate the benefits of an improved workflow, as well as the significant cost savings in time, media, and ink that can be realized to the local market. To meet the high expectations of Customers, we have recruited a strong local team. Printers in Latin America have expressed a desire for better colors and print quality, as well as the need to improve their work processes and efficiency, making PrintFactory a natural fit. There is also a growing trend for analogue printers to digitize their production, which is why color management is essential. PrintFactory has continued to grow even after the events of the past 18 months have taken place."
To drive this expansion, PrintFactory recently appointed Pedro Sousa, Sales Director LATAM, and Gabriel González, Technical Support Director LATAM. Both of them have extensive experience with printing software and local industry knowledge and contacts.
Due to its availability on every continent, round-the-clock support and offered in 20 languages, PrintFactory is the only truly independent Large Format Print software company in the world. The PrintFactory workflow software offers OEMs and End-Users an extensive set of features, more than any of its competitors. With their innovative cloud platform, LFPs can set their own individual preferences (including language) without having to order separate versions via dongle, and their SaaS per printer model allows them to have unlimited users. Standard print markets and industrial scale operations can both benefit from this RIP workflow.
Erik Strik, CEO of PrintFactory: "Many well-known printers are shipped globally with PrintFactory workflow software today. We work closely with manufacturers to make sure printers have the drivers, features, and software tools they need to solve simple, everyday problems.”
