Nazdar to showcase next-generation inks at FESPA Digital 2016

Nazdar 203 Series Inks

Nazdar Ink Technologies has announced the debut of a number of new inks at FESPA Digital 2016, scheduled to take place at The Amsterdam RAI Exhibition Centre in The Netherlands.

Nazdar – the manufacturer of one of the most comprehensive ranges of UV, water-based and solvent-based wide-format digital inkjet, screen-printing and flexographic inks – will have their key representatives present throughout the event – on Stand J120 in Hall 1, between 8th and 11th March – and will be showcasing Nazdar’s very latest ink technologies to current and prospective customers, distributors and OEM business partners.

Digital Solvent and Aqueous inks:

Firstly, Nazdar will showcase two new ink Series for the wide format sector: Nazdar 203 Series and Nazdar 130 Series.

The Nazdar 203 Series is a plug and play alternative for Roland Eco Max 3 inks. The inks have been reformulated to omit several raw materials currently facing regulatory restrictions in many countries – especially those within the EU.

Martin Burns, Nazdar – Global Market Segment Manager – Digital Solvent and Aqueous, comments: “FESPA will offer a great opportunity to see these inks in action and view the impressive results as we will be showcasing them on a Roland VS printer at the show.

“Upon release, Nazdar 203 Series will be exactly colour matched to Roland Eco Max 3 inks. However, for FESPA Digital, we will exceed that and demonstrate how Nazdar can push the boundaries of ink development with increased colour gamut, density and superior dot control.”

Also for the first time, Nazdar will be promoting its new 130 Series inks which are specifically designed for use in Mimaki JV33, CJV, JV300 and JV150 printers using Mimaki SS21 inks. Nazdar’s 130 Series is formulated to perform across all these platforms handling the differing demands of each superbly.

Both the 203 Series and 130 Series inks offer exceptional compatibility, quality and cost effectiveness, combined with a seamless conversion process from OEM inks, and are, according to Martin Burns: “an exciting addition for resellers looking for a ‘next generation’ product.”

UV Digital Inkjet inks:

Additionally, Nazdar will showcase three new sets of inks for the UV plug and play inkjet market at FESPA Digital 2016: Nazdar 702 Series, Nazdar 703 Series and Nazdar 705 Series.

Rich Dunklee, Nazdar – Global Market Segment Manager – UV Digital Inkjet inks, comments: “We are pleased to be introducing three new entries into the UV plug and play inkjet market.

“Our 702 Series (for OCE ARIZONA), 703 Series (for FUJIFILM ACUITY), and 705 Series (for HP FB500/700) are designed to be direct replacements for the OEM inks, while offering a significant savings.”

Dye Sublimation inks:

Finally, for the dye-sublimation market, Nazdar will be focusing on its TX650 Series inks. These water-based, dye-sublimation high-density inks are ideal for an array of transfer applications from producing sportswear garments to outdoor signage, and have been formulated for use with a range of wide format digital printers.

Due to the strength and density of colour achievable with Nazdar TX650, many users utilise its capabilities for direct to fabric processes that involve a post heat cure. Applications such as outdoor signage and flag printing can also be undertaken without the need to change inks, offering flexibility and scope to take on a wider range of print jobs.

All Nazdar inks are plug and play when converting from OEM inks, with no need for the time-consuming task of re-profiling printers. They come with one of the best warranties in the business covering the entire ink train should they be proven to have damaged an approved/compatible printer.

Nazdar’s James MacDonald, Vice President of Marketing, concludes: “We invite you to stop by our stand – Hall 1 / Stand J120 – to discuss your digital inks needs.”
