Josero has recruited two new Business Development Managers, Sarah Winterbottom and Roger Sherratt, who bring with them decades of experience in the print industry.
Sarah (Fenna) Winterbottom has worked for organisations such as Robert Horne/Paperlinx Group, Signmaster and CMYUK in a combination of sales, product development and management roles over the past 25 years across hardware and software within the wide format market.
Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience in the print industry with knowledge and expertise in all sectors including commercial print, public sector, end user and the signs & graphics market.
Sarah commented, “When Loic offered me this opportunity I was thrilled and believe this is the ideal time for me to join Josero with so many exciting projects on the go. My product experience should help me develop Josero’s profile and increase their sales of Mimaki and Agfa products as well as many others in Josero’s product portfolio."
Roger Sherratt’s expertise stem back 40 years where he kicked off in a pre-press production environment, followed by value added resellers such as MC Imaging, Printing Techniques, Image2Output before moving onto Agfa for 15 years.
Roger’s time with Agfa focused on selling high value pre-press equipment to commercial litho printers and in the last decade he’s focused on selling UV direct to substrate wide format printers and workflow software to the sign and display sector.
Roger said, “I’m keen to develop new client relationships for Josero in the Midlands and South East and believe my extensive industry knowledge and consultative sales approach focused on client requirements and developing long term relationships will be an asset to Josero.”
Sarah and Roger are joining Josero at a very exciting time as the company has experienced substantial development over the past three years. A large part of its success can be attributed to sales of second hand machinery as well as exclusive products like the Bubble Free Applicator and Triangle inks. The addition of official dealerships from Agfa and Mimaki to their portfolio has also reinforced the need to strengthen their business development team
Loic Delor, Managing Director of Josero commented, “Sarah and Roger will be a real asset to the business, bringing skills and expertise combined with enthusiasm and drive to the team. Their input into our business development strategy will be invaluable. The industry is complex and their understanding of the market and products will play a key role in our success. Our aim is to grow the business significantly over the next 2-5 years and Sarah and Roger will play an integral role in this growth.”
