At the industry showpiece Sign & Digital UK event from the 28th to 30th March, Industrial Tooling Corporation (ITC) will be introducing a host of new products to the UK signmaking industry.
On Stand E50, the Tamworth cutting tool specialist will be presenting a host of new product lines that will include the Vitreo coated tools for machining challenging ACM materials.
ITC has an enviable reputation for leading the industry in innovation and the stand at Sign & Digital UK 2017 will be no different. Visitors will have the opportunity to discuss the new Vitreo coated tools with industry experts who will direct customers through the challenges of difficult to cut materials. Another point of interest to show visitors will be the extremely popular range of balanced cutting tools for high speed spindles on routing machines and cutting tables. Since launching the balanced tool range, the benefits of improved precision, better tool life and consistency as well as enhanced surface finishes on components, have all proven factors that make the tools so popular in the marketplace.
To this end, ITC has communicated customer feedback with its R&D department; the result is the extension of balanced tools across ITC's complete single flute tooling lines. This will see ITC present the most comprehensive range of balanced tools at Sign & Digital 2017 for improving machining performance and eliminating secondary hand finishing for the end user.
The UK's leading cutting tool manufacturer will also be using the show to promote its extensive line of knife tools and blades for CNC cutting tables. The innovative line of knife and blade tools is continually being extended with new cutting geometries being added for the efficient cutting of Vinyl materials. Not only does ITC offer a remarkable extensive portfolio of blades and knife tools, but it also offers a comprehensive re-sharpening and re-grind service for end users.
This service has proven extremely popular among customers, as the cost benefit of re-sharpening as opposed to buying new tools is evident. Commenting upon the re-grind service, ITC's Sally Hunt says: "As a UK manufacturer, we have the facility and expertise to rapidly re-grind used tools to an 'as-new' condition. For end users that are only using a small percentage of the tool cut-length, we can conduct multiple re-grinds to 'as-new' condition. The result is a significant cost and inventory saving for the end user."
