Dubai-based diversified printing business Artistic Hub Advertising has praised the role HP Latex printing technology has played during its first three years of trading, saying its two HP machines have helped establish the company as a leading provider in the region.
Artistic Hub opened its doors just over three years ago, delivering a wide range of services to the exciting Dubai market in the United Arab Emirates. The company prints everything from standard business cards, flyers and brochures to garments, packaging and personalised gifts.
Though still in its infancy, Artistic Hub has experienced significant success during its early years, building a diversified customer portfolio and expanding its initial offering into a wide range of markets.
Artistic Hub said much of this has been driven by its use of HP Latex print technology. The company currently runs an HP Latex 370 and an HP Latex 800W with both printers being put to use on all manner of projects.
The HP Latex 370 can print six colours at up to 1200 dpi quality on materials as wide as 1.63m. It runs at speeds of up to 101sq m/hr and features an embedded i1 spectrophotometer for advanced colour profiling and management.
The HP Latex 800W printer can also handle media as large as 1.63m wide while printing at speeds of up to 36sq m/hr. Users also benefit from a white ink option, opening up even more opportunities for them and their customers.
Artistic Hub can attest to both the flexibility and quality of these machines, with General Manager Haris A. Khan saying the HP Latex printers give the business confidence to take on all types of work from customers.

He explains: “The reason we opted to work with HP Latex technology is the quality of the solutions; this is what is most important for us and our clients. We also elected for HP because of the stability of the machines.
“HP Latex is making us succeed; the main thing that our clients look for is quality of output, and the level that we can achieve on our machines is really amazing.”
Such has been the success of the two HP Latex machines over the past few years that Artistic Hub is now seeking to expand its production setup with the addition of new HP technology. Haris A. Khan said this could include a new flatbed UV machine or hybrid printer.
He concludes: “This technology and the stability of HP Latex has played a huge part in our growth. We are really confident to offer our services in the region.”
