Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives to showcase wrapping shows at FESPA

Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives showcases new products at FESPA Global Print Expo.

Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives, a division of the Fedrigoni Group specialising in the design and production of self-adhesive materials, is getting ready for the 2023 edition of Fespa Global Print Expo, which will take place from 23 to 26 May in Munich.

While Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives will be showcasing its new products for the visual communication and decoration sector at its own stand, the company will also be bolstering its presence with a dedicated space at the The Wrap Institute stand, a large international community dedicated to the world of wrapping. What's more, products from Ritrama by Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives will feature prominently in numerous wrapping shows designed to show the public the many advantages of these materials, which will also be used at the stands of leading printing machinery manufacturers.

By participating in FESPA 2023, the Fedrigoni Group aims to tell the story of the Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives brand by showcasing its strengths and distinctive features. With the Ritrama by Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives brand products, the company aims to become a new benchmark in the graphics and visual communication sector. The recent acquisition of UNIFOL will also enable the Group to expand its product portfolio, while the combination of Fedrigoni's technology and extensive global presence will give it the ability to carve out an increasingly competitive niche in a rapidly expanding market in Europe and other parts of the world.

The solutions on display at stand B2-A10 include Ri-Jet C50 Ultimate Slide&Tack, a high-quality product specifically designed for wrapping commercial and private vehicles: during application, the conformability of cast vinyl allows the film to adapt to the many curved and uneven parts of the vehicle. The high-quality PVC provides high dimensional stability while maintaining consistent long-term performance for an excellent and long-lasting end result. The exclusive structure of the liner, combined with the low tack of the adhesive, makes application quick and easy, helping the installer smooth out any creases or air bubbles.

Also on display will be Paint Protection film, a transparent polyurethane film used to protect the bodywork of high-end cars. If scratched or damaged, this film is able to regenerate itself simply by ambient heat. We will also be showcasing the Ri-Mark Platinum range with Airflow technology, designed to meet the needs of professionals in the self-adhesive plotter cutting materials industry. From vehicle customisation to point-of-sale advertising, interior and exterior signage and decoration, the Ri-Mark Platinum range supports both dry and wet application methods for flat, uneven and curved surfaces. The Airflow technology greatly facilitates application, ensuring immediate adhesion without unsightly bubbles.

And last but not least - Ri-Jet PO100, an extremely adaptable, PVC-free self-adhesive film developed for large-format digital printing on flat surfaces. The face film is a polyolefin with an external colour stability of up to three years. Fully compliant with the applicable REACH and RoHs regulations, Ri-Jet PO100 is an excellent choice not only for outdoor but also for indoor applications, and guarantees clean and residue-free removal in all cases. One of its strengths is undoubtedly its strong focus on sustainability: Ri-Jet PO100 is made using less energy (-2%) and water (-32.5%), resulting in 15.5% less CO2 emissions, as shown by measurement data from Im-Pact, the tool used to calculate the life cycle assessment of Fedrigoni's product portfolio.
