Esko and its Italian distributor B+B International will co-exhibit at Viscom Italia 2018 (Fiera Milano, October 18 to 20, Hall 8 Stand G19) to demonstrate how a streamlined workflow helps packaging, display and signage specialists to be more flexible and productive.
B+B International distributes Esko’s ArtiosCAD software for CAD-CAM applications and the Kongsberg line of cutting tables. At Viscom Italia, they will show a Kongsberg C64 table.
The Kongsberg C64 multifunctional digital cutting table for signage and display applications keeps up with today’s faster, wider printers. The versatile system delivers precision and productivity thanks to it’s lightweight carbon composite traverse which delivers high accuracy at top speed and a 3kW continuous duty high-performance milling unit.
Eddy Fadel, Vice President Sales EMEA of Esko explains: “Esko’s future orientated solutions, such as the Kongsberg C64, deliver ‘Right First Time’ production because they drive faster throughput and higher quality. Automation of the prepress and setup workflow as well as the usage of a feeder, make the entire sign and display production process more streamlined, faster, error-free and above all more profitable.”
B+B International provides system integration and customer support to converters, packaging designers, digital shops and printers. It will also be showcasing its Packway job costing and management system for carton printers.
Davide Dal Col, B+B International General Director, comments: “We are constantly working on ways to add value to our client’s workflow and we look forward to sharing how these solutions help today’s operations address key market demands efficiently and effectively.”
