The answer to rapid print market changes is combining long-term experience with mainly innovative power. Therefore ESC once again is enhancing their program by presenting several new machines in the field of digital printing.
The new compact ESC-DTG G4 digital textile printing system is offering high productivity and impressive quality at extremely low investment costs. In only 28 seconds the G4 is able to print a full coloured image in a size of 250 x 200 mm. As the print head has a higher kilohertz frequency of 30 khz, it is possible to achieve 150 % more performance than with previous DTG printer models. Furthermore users will be impressed by its quick and easy handling. The installation is carried out in less than 30 minutes and the printer can be operated with a simple to use intuitive touch 7˝ display panel. Apart from the well-known TucLoc platens the user can also work with magnetic quick lock inter-changeable platens – optionally available with vacuum. Built for industrial all shift operation this 6-colour system (WWCMYK) is focused on speed and ease-of-use. But the results concerning quality are remarkable, too. The new IQ PRINT PRO COLOR RIP is offering more design options, colour vibrancy and knock out graphics. 4 advanced industrial Ricoh piezo print heads with a resolution of up to 1200 dpi and variable drop size of 2 to 37 pl deliver vibrant prints. The max. printing size is 400 x 500 mm. High-grade technical characteristics as automatic degassing system, ink level and temperature sensors, automatic height adjustment (up to 50 mm) etc. make the ESC-DTG G4 a very attractive solution for all textile manufacturers.
3D objects in XXL size are offering numerous creative possibilities for different industries like signage and display providers, scenic fabricators, exhibition designers, entertainment producers or manufacturers of prototypes. ESC will be showing supersize 3D exhibits, produced with the Massivit 1500 and 1800 printers. These systems process white photopolymer material to oversized displays, prototypes or functional parts. The maximum size is 1470 x 1160 x 1370 (model 1500) and 1450 x 1110 x 1800 mm (model 1800). Model 1800 is optionally able to produce 2 objects at the same time. At unprecedented speed in combination with easy operation the Massivit is an amazingly fast 3D manufacturing system which easily meets both - tight deadlines as well as the actual cost pressure.
In view of machines based on cooperation with inkjet printers ESC is enlarging the scope of supply by two powerful Mimaki plotters. The Mimaki CFL-605RT is a compact flatbed cutting plotter with an effective cut area of 610 x 510 mm. This perfect multi-functional solution for the production of packaging designs and small runs is the ideal supplement of the Mimaki UJF UV-LED flatbed printers. If larger cutting areas of 1220 x 2500 mm are requested, this involves the precision plotter CF22-1225 – a comfortable machine with multi-functional cutter head and a strong vacuum system, equipped with 17 kinds of cutting tools. Easy to operate it comprises a variety of functions as back cutting, half-cut, correction of starting and ending points, repeated cutting and circle correction.
Further exhibition focus will be the screen printing sector, especially the ESC-AT screen printers, as well as the ESC-COMEC pad printing systems, both in special design for industrial applications.
