ArtSystems appoints new Workflow Development Manager

In an exciting new development ArtSystems has appointed Charlotte Crampton as its new Workflow Development Manager.

ArtSystems has appointed Charlotte Crampton as its new Workflow Development Manager following her four years working as a Digital Applications Specialist with the Nottingham-based distributor.

Charlotte has become very well known throughout the wide format print channels thanks to her support and assistance during her many HP and Summa demonstrations in the ArtSystems Demo Suite. Becoming the Workflow Development Manager will see her spend more time out on the road visiting with ArtSystems’ reseller partners.

Charlotte is enthusiastic about her new role: “I’m really looking forward to getting more involved with the resellers. Although it’s been great helping them in the Demo Suite, the demo itself is usually at the end of a longer process, one which might have been shortened and simplified if the resellers had a better solution to offer right from the start.

“My aim is to work with our partners all over the UK to help equip them with more information and a better understanding of their customers’ requirements at an earlier stage in the sales process. I’m expecting to have a busy time of it – and I can’t wait to get started.”

Andrew Edwards, Divisional Manager for Sign & Display at ArtSystems, said: “For some time now we have recognised the need to provide a more proactive resource to help our partners identify the best technical solution for their customers’ requirements.

“Most resellers today have a lot of competing claims on their technical sales team’s resources, so it can prove difficult if not impossible to always quickly pinpoint the correct solution to best meet complex print workflow demands. Charlotte’s job is to make that process easier through not only being an experienced training resource, but also the ‘go to’ support service they can call on at any time.

“Charlotte gets into her new role from July, so expect a call!”
