Antalis expands visual portfolio with complete Stadur offer

Available in black and white, Stadur Easyprint and Stadur Sign SF are suitable for a range applications.

Antalis has extended its impressive visual communications portfolio to provide customers with a complete product offer of Stadur lightweight foam boards and finishing accessories.

Available in a range of specifications and flexible size options suitable for interior and exterior applications, the launch follows the successful introduction of the Stadur Easyprint range last year.

The Stadur Easyprint lightweight foam board is still central to the collection. Made from Stadurlon compact sheets on both sides, allowing it to be bent or folded without breaking, it is ideal for three-dimensional signage and displays. Milling V-shaped grooves enable the foam board to be foldable by hand, while slot grooves allow various geometrical and cylindrical shapes to be generated, giving free-reign when it comes to creative design options. Stadur Easyprint is available in 5, 10 and 19mm thicknesses up to 3050x1530mm sheet size. Additional sizes and thicknesses up to 100mm are available on request.

In addition the range is complimented by Stadur Sign SF, which is particularly suited to flat sign and display applications. Manufactured from a core of Polystyrene Foam with high quality 1mm foam PVC liners each side, this product is rigid, while remaining lightweight – the 5mm variation of this product is 40% lighter than standard foam PVC and as such is an attractive alternative to traditional foam board, foam PVC or any other rigid board-types.

Recently added to the complete the range is Stadur Viscom Edge which is a Polypropylene product, designed for the quality finishing of exposed edges. As the ideal accompaniment to Stadur boarding, these edging strips are available in widths of 10mm and 19mm, are self-adhesive and easy to apply. The edging can be easily scored or crimped to create 90 degree corners and is available in black, white and silver variations. Completing the new range is Stadur’s Powerfix adhesive; designed to bond Stadur to a wide range of alternative materials including wood, glass and plastic.

Paul Neale, Product Manager for Visual Communications at Antalis UK, comments: “The launch of Stadur Easyprint was particularly well received by our customer base due to the strong demand for PVC-free boarding, and we see the extension of the Stadur portfolio as further strengthening this offer and providing additional options in this range. The benefits delivered through Stadur’s innovative technology and design-flexibility, makes it an ideal solution for a wide range of sign and display applications, and we are expecting just as positive a response to these latest additions.”

Available in black and white, Stadur Easyprint and Stadur Sign SF are suitable for a range applications including: digital printing, screen printing, POS/POP boards, signs for interior and exterior applications, exhibition displays and shop design, amongst others.

The entire Stadur range is available in a range of sizes, from 2440x1220mm to 4050x2030mm, and from 5mm to 19mm thicknesses.
