Integrated inkjet solutions provider Agfa have been announced as sponsors of the prestigious Best in Show award at the inaugural UK Graphic Awards, taking place this September.
The award will recognise the absolute best of the best from all projects entered, with the judges deliberating to choose from the winners of 6 other categories which will highlight outstanding graphics projects across a variety of sectors, including retail, live events & exhibitions, museums & galleries, branded interiors, hospitality and roll-outs.
Bobby Grauf, UK & Ireland Inkjet Sales Manager at Agfa commented “We believe that the UK Graphic Awards is a fantastic opportunity for our industry to share our knowledge and celebrate our achievements. The combination of conference and awards offers just that, and we are extremely excited to be part of the inaugural event.”
“This growing part of the UK printing industry deserves a focused event such as UK Graphic Awards, because we create, produce and deliver so many stunning projects all year, every year, and more than most people realise.” he went on to say.
Dan Tyler, Director at industry software provider Vism, who are organising the event with trade association Fespa UK, said “We’re thrilled to have Agfa on board! Bobby was quick to recognise the need for what we’re creating here, and with Agfa’s focus on helping their customers to produce outstanding quality work whilst delivering value for money, it’s great to have them supporting an award that will identify the very best work that’s being done in this fantastic industry.”
Bobby added “All businesses are in search of added value to their products and services, and being able to learn from peers and share success stories brings us all forward. As an owner of a sizable wide-format company told me not so long ago, “the awards we won drive new business today and in future”
